SANY America has expanded its product portfolio and added a new product category to its lineup with the launch of the SANY ST230V compact track loader (CTL).
A first for SANY America, the ST230V is designed to outperform, offering operators both the agility to maneuver in tight spaces and the power to handle demanding tasks in challenging work areas.
“Our customers are excited about the expansion of our product line. The ST230V compact track loader is an important piece of equipment in many of the applications our customers are working in,” said SANY America CEO David Nicoll.
Operating on a Yanmar 4TNV98CT engine with a 2,430-pound rated operating capacity and a max breakout force of 5,733 lbf. Making its debut in November 2024 at Trimble Dimensions, the ST230V will be available to dealers and end users mid-2025.
According to SANY America’s Nichole Greco, director of marketing, “The CTL is an entirely new product line for us — we know it will be fantastic in this market, plus, we are excited about the value we will be able to deliver to the customer. It’s part of a growing family of equipment we will be offering to our customer base.”
The machine’s multifunctional control panel offers easy and convenient operations and features one-click startup and one-click unlock, alongside a 7-inch LCD display.
Lance Taylor, product manager of the CTL and skid steer at SANY America Inc., led the development of the ST230V. “We’ve taken the best of different machines [on the market] and combined them,” said Taylor, “to produce a piece [of equipment] that [contractors] need and use. It's right in the peak of the market where it fits a lot of different applications,” said Taylor.
Some standout features of the ST230V include:
- Fully loaded – The fully loaded model is the initial offering in this product category.
- High-flow hydraulics – 36.2 gpm high-flow hydraulic systems provide more power to attachments.
- Auto-reversing radiator fan – Programmable auto-reversing radiator fan allows operators to set the time either as needed or manually.
- Air-ride seat – Providing comfort for long days of operation, air-ride seats limit the shock and vibration experienced in tough jobsite conditions.
- Flip-down door – This unique offering allows operators easy access in areas with limited clearance.
The ST230V maximizes operator efficiency and productivity with its hydraulic quick-coupler-ready design and high-flow auxiliary hydraulics. While the ST230V comes with a stable of Virnig-built attachments, the machine is compatible with any line of attachments.
