The company’s stated mission is to be dedicated to delivering boots and footwear that are 100 percent ‘muckproof’: ‘remarkably protective, exceptionally comfortable, and totally waterproof, made with premium neoprene and rubber, and designed to brave every element’. Muck Boots feature recessed pull tabs attached from the inside so as not to pose a catch threat and a silver reflective stripe for safety. All seams are cemented, stitched and sealed with rubber tape for guaranteed waterproof protection.
Additional features include a kick-off lug for easy off without touching the boot. Scuba grade neoprene offers 100 percent waterproof protection, natural insulation, durable comfort and flexibility.
Multiple layers of rubber are designed into the boot where necessary for additional durability. Coarser textures and the heaviest rubber are placed on the toe and heel for optimal protection. A rubber cub sole is incorporated for durability and traction. A neoprene bootie sits inside the cup sole for extra stability.
