Wooster Products StairMaster Safety Treads is designed for interior and exterior stairs and landings. Heat treated corrosion resistant aluminum substrate and a nearly diamond-hard aluminum oxide filler provides a high coefficient of friction for footing, even when wet.
They can be cut to desired lengths to simplify installation. The products are offered in 9- or 11-in. widths, as well as various coordinating or contrasting colors, including glow-in-the-dark NITEGLOW technology for front edge visibility and safety. A proprietary bonding process promotes a long service life, making these anti-slip renovation stair treads a solution for exit path markings, safety egress systems, steps and landings.
StairMaster meets 2021 IFC code compliance and is for interior or exterior retrofit applications. They last approximately five years and typically longer, even when subjected to heavy pedestrian traffic.
