ETI Machines has introduced the TM-4, a new concrete paving machine developed to streamline paving operations and reduce the need for multiple machines and extensive labor. The TM-4 includes a texture curing function and is operated using a belly pack remote controller, allowing a single operator to manage setup, operation and transport.

Designed for Adaptability and Efficiency

The TM-4 features a low-profile, modular frame that enables quick width adjustments without the need for additional equipment. It also eliminates the need for operators to climb on the machine for adjustments or hardware access.

Randy Bouillon, the developer of the TM-4, said the machine was designed to meet evolving contractor needs. “The first TM-4 performed exceptionally well from the start and was successfully used across multiple widths throughout the year,” Bouillon said. Based on that performance, ETI Machines has moved the product into full production.

Hybrid Functionality and Signal Reliability

The TM-4 combines characteristics of a traditional texture curing machine and a work bridge. It includes a reinforced frame and hydraulic systems like those used in modern slipform pavers. The design also addresses common issues related to 3D signal interference, helping reduce interruptions during paving.

Key Features

  • Advanced Sensor Compatibility: Supports both stringline and sonic sensors for contact-free concrete surface interaction.
  • Intuitive Operation: No costly passwords or codes—simply purchase the optional hardware and start working immediately.
  • User-Friendly Design: A front walkway allows easy access for handwork and tine system maintenance, while a rear walkway simplifies spray system upkeep.
  • Efficient Storage & Maintenance: The frame houses totes, accommodating two when extended, and keeps service points accessible from the ground.

With its blend of innovation, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use, the TM-4 is set to redefine the concrete paving industry. ETI Machines is eager to bring this cutting-edge solution to market, ensuring contractors have access to the best technology available.
