In 2022, Doosan will introduce a new lineup of mini-excavators, including models not previously offered to customers in North America. The models will include conventional tailswing, reduced tailswing and zero tailswing configurations. And for the first time, the DoosanCONNECT Telematics management system will be available as standard equipment on each new model.
The 6,168-lb. DX27Z-7 is a new size class for the North American lineup. The 24.7-hp unit has a maximum digging depth of 8 ft. 8 in., maximum digging reach (ground) of 14 ft. 10 in. and a maximum loading height of 10 ft. 1 in.. It comes with a new rear view camera, a 3-ft. 7-in. standard thumb-ready arm and an 11.8-in. rubber track undercarriage. At just 60 in. wide, it can fit in many confined jobsites. A second auxiliary hydraulics option is available.
The 12,121 lbs., 48.8-hp DX50Z-7 zero tailswing mini-excavator delivers an 11-ft. 5-in. maximum digging depth, a reach of 19 ft. and a maximum loading height of 12 ft. 6 in. It has a standard enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning and is available with a heated adjustable seat for added operator comfort. A steel track option is available.
