SAKAI Guardman Asphalt Rollers w/ New Echelon Mode

SAKAI's Guardman system, now featuring the new Echelon Mode, revolutionizes asphalt roller safety for echelon paving. This innovative feature, available on the SW884 and SW994 highway-class rollers, enhances job site protection by allowing close-formation roller operation without triggering false alarms. Guardman's millimeter-wave radar detects obstacles, even in challenging conditions, and alerts operators to potential collisions, automatically applying brakes if necessary. Echelon Mode intelligently adjusts sensitivity for rollers working in proximity, maintaining core safety functions while preventing disruptions. A proximity indicator on the Guardman screen provides real-time distance feedback to the following roller operator. With easy activation and deactivation, Echelon Mode optimizes efficiency and safety in echelon paving.
