Kahua has launched Noa, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to help construction owners and project teams automate workflows, improve reporting and manage capital programs within the company's project management platform.
Noa operates inside the Kahua platform, allowing users to access project information and complete tasks without moving data into separate applications. The tool is designed to work within existing security and access controls used to manage construction projects.
Noa includes two primary functions: Noa Assists helps automate routine tasks such as searches, summaries, reporting, requests for information (RFIs) and submittals, while Noa Creates allows users to build applications and workflows using natural language within the platform's development environment.
The launch comes as construction organizations continue exploring AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Kahua said the assistant should help teams make better use of project data while keeping information within a centralized project management system.
